I went to Cheyenne Mountain District 12 and Academy District 20 Schools. I spent most of my time at a place we used to call Gates (The Country Club of Colorado). Where I learned how to play golf and tennis. I learned a great lesson hanging out at Gates. I don't play golf. Golf Plays me. Luckily, I'm a much better Realtor, but if you ever need some laughs....

I really like the Cordera Development in Colorado Springs. I think with its Community Center and Miles of Trails, it’s very attractive to the new home buyer. The future of development has really left the "stick it where it fits" model. As we look back and see some of the problems associated with sprawl, I think most investors want a lot more. I like the 1 million+ homes in the Pine Creek Development.

Flying Horse is really replacing the old style Golf Course Community, where you had nine ugly custom houses for every one attractive home. The Future is going to be tighter with architectural control, even in full custom areas.
